These guys can be found at every train station of Sunbright Express in all the towns and cities: Sanrio Harbour, Florapolis, London, Paris and Beijing. When an event is in action you might also meet one of them somewhere else, like in front of the Sunbright Express Station in Florapolis...

One of the Train Conductors - in London will need your help to make the Sunbright Express work again. Before solving this quest you won't be able to enter and ride the train, unless you have won a ticket at an event or bought one at the Item-Mall! Tensan will send you to the station starting the quest-row to get a bronze Sunbright Express Ticket with a quest called A Delicious Dilemma.

Train Conductors will afterwards let you enter the Sunbright Express that will transport you to every other station you like. This makes it very easy and extremely fast to travel around Sanrio Land - assumed you have a ticket!
